How to Enjoy Kava:

Prepare kava by placing in the kava straining cloth and mixing with water in a bowl.  The recommend ratio is 1 - 1.5 litres water per 100g kava depending on taste.  Knead and squeeze kava filled strainer cloth to release the active ingredient called Kavalactones (preferably for 5-10 minutes). Your kava is now ready to drink. Kava is traditionally consumed in quick mouthfuls rather than sipped slowly.
