How to Enjoy Kava:

Prepare kava by placing in a kava straining cloth and mixing with water in a bowl. Knead and squeeze kava filled strainer cloth to release the active ingredient called Kavalactones (preferably for 5-10 minutes). Your kava is now ready to drink.

How Many Cups of Kava will I get after Mixing with Water?

The recommended ratio of water to kava is between 10 and 15 parts water to 1 part kava. Following this guideline, the yield of ready-to-drink kava produced from each Kava packet is as follows:

100grams kava powder = 1 to 1.5 litres of kava when mixed

200grams kava powder = 2 to 3 litres of kava when mixed

500 grams kava powder = 5 to 7.5 litres of kava when mixed
